The size comparison
| Option | Listed size | Price | Per serving |
|---|---|---|---|
| 7 servings | 35 g | $30 | $4.29 |
| 30 servings | 150 g | $115 | $3.83 |
The larger pouch is about 11% less per serving at those prices. The smaller pouch requires less money upfront. Neither comparison includes shipping, taxes or any promotion at checkout.
Which size makes more sense?
If you have not tried the taste or mixing routine, the smaller package lets you try the format with a lower initial spend. If you already know you like it and expect to use the full package, compare the larger size’s total cost.
A 7-serving package is a size option, not a promise that you will notice a health change in seven days. We have not performed a taste test or a clinical test of this product.
Read the current formula—not an old review
The current manufacturer sheet lists 14 whole-plant ingredients. Some independent pages describe an older five-ingredient blend. The current sheet and the label on the package you receive should take priority.
It contains sea-plant ingredients and naturally occurring iodine. That matters if you have a thyroid condition, use thyroid medication, are pregnant or are nursing; discuss suitability with your clinician.
How is it mixed?
The manufacturer directs two level scoops, totaling 5 g, in 10–12 oz of cold water once daily. Follow the current package instructions rather than adjusting the serving based on color or taste.
