Aging Strong. How I Think About the Next 20 Years.

Most people plan their finances decades out. Almost nobody plans their health that way. That is a mistake.

I think about the version of me at 65 a lot. Not in an anxious way. In a planning way. Because that version of me is being built right now, today, by the choices I make.

Most people do not think this way. They think about retirement accounts and passive income and financial security. Almost nobody applies the same rigor to their physical account. And then they arrive at 65 with money and no health to enjoy it.

Compound interest works in both directions. Consistent investment builds up over time. Consistent neglect deteriorates over time. Your health at 65 is the compound result of what you did in your 40s and 50s.

The people who are strong and sharp and energetic in their 60s and 70s are almost never the ones who started taking care of themselves at 60. They are the ones who made consistent choices for decades. The asset was built slowly and the payoff is now.

The people who are struggling at 60, 65, 70, dealing with preventable conditions and low energy and chronic pain, are dealing with the compound result of decades of small neglects. Each one seemed minor. Together they are significant.

What Aging Strong Actually Looks Like

Muscle is a key asset and very few people talk about it. After your mid-30s, you lose muscle mass every year if you do not actively maintain it. Muscle is not just about looking fit. It is metabolically active tissue that regulates blood sugar and energy. It protects joints. It makes you physically capable.

Training consistently matters more than training perfectly. The person who moves consistently for decades is in a different physical category than the person who trains hard for six months and then stops.

I am not training to look a certain way. I am training to be capable at 65 of doing the things that matter.

The Role of Nutrition and Supplementation

Food is information for your body. It tells your cells what to do. Poor food quality creates poor cellular function over time. Better food quality creates better outcomes.

I am intentional about what I eat and I supplement strategically with products designed to support the things my body needs. Not chasing youth. Supporting function. Energy, recovery, focus, immune health. The daily inputs that keep the machine running well.

The 20-year version of you is being assembled right now. Build it on purpose.
