Most compensation plan explanations are designed to impress you, not inform you. They use jargon, big numbers, and complex diagrams that make it hard to answer the one question that actually matters: what do I have to do and what will I actually get paid?

I will try to give you a clear answer. But before I do, the standard disclaimer: income in direct sales is not guaranteed. What you earn depends entirely on what you build — the customers you serve, the team you recruit, and the consistency you bring. These numbers reflect the structure, not a promise.

What You Actually Get Paid For

Vital Health's compensation is built around two things: customer acquisition and team building. You earn on the products your customers purchase every month. You earn on the volume your team generates. The more customers you serve and the stronger your team, the more you earn.

The Retail Side

When a customer buys directly from your link, you earn a retail commission on that sale. This is the foundation of a real business — real customers who buy because they genuinely value the product, not because they are trying to qualify. Building a customer base first is the right approach and the one I teach.

The Team Side

As you build a team, you earn on their volume. This is where the compounding happens. A team of 50 consistent customers and builders generates a different income than 500. The depth and consistency of your team matters more than the size.
