Most supplements are made by contract manufacturers who make products for dozens of companies simultaneously. The formula you get is often a generic formulation that the manufacturer already uses for multiple brands. Quality control varies. The company selling the product often has limited visibility into what actually goes into it.
Vital Health owns its formulation labs and manufacturing facility. Every product is formulated by their own team in their own facility. That is a meaningful difference in quality control.
