What Building With Peace Requires
Peace requires that you have done the work to evaluate what you are building. That you have asked the questions and sat with the answers and made decisions based on them, not in spite of them.

What Peace Produces
When you are building with peace, you recruit differently. You are not selling people on a dream and hoping the reality catches up. You are telling them the truth and letting the truth do the work.
You lead differently. You do not have to perform certainty because you have real certainty. Your team can feel the difference. They will follow someone who is genuinely sure of where they are going at a much higher rate than someone who is performing it.
And you live differently. When what you build matches who you are, the business does not cost you the things that matter. It supports them. That is what I mean by building with peace. And it is what I am building now.
