A lot of leaders in direct sales build teams through personal charisma and energy. That works up to a point. But it does not duplicate. Your downline cannot replicate who you are. They can follow a process.
When a team is built on the leader's personality, it is fragile. If the leader has a bad month, the team has a bad month. If the leader goes quiet, the team goes quiet. Nothing moves unless the leader pushes it.
