The Vital Health manufacturing facility is in Hermosillo, Mexico. Alex Reynoso began building it in 2019 — before the company launched publicly. The decision to build before launching is not common. Most companies in this space find a contract manufacturer first and figure out the infrastructure later. Vital Health built the infrastructure first.
What Is Made There
The facility houses formulation labs, manufacturing equipment, quality control, and warehousing. Every Vital Health supplement is formulated and produced in this facility. No outsourcing to third-party contract manufacturers. The company controls the formula, the process, and the quality end to end.
Why It Matters
When a company does not own its manufacturing, it is dependent on whoever does. That dependency creates risk for the field. Price increases, quality issues, supply disruptions — the field has no protection when the manufacturer makes those decisions.
When the company owns the facility, they own the decision. If something needs to change, they change it. The field does not absorb someone else's problems.

Walking the floor changed my level of confidence in the company. You can read about infrastructure. Seeing it — the equipment, the team, the process — is different. It confirmed what the numbers and the founders had already told me. This is built real.
